Evelyn Rademaker

Evelyn Rademaker is a partner at Fakton Executives. She started her career at Fakton Consultancy in 2005, gaining extensive experience in real estate and area development issues. In 2011, she left Fakton to work at Boer & Croon and later at Liander as regional manager. She has been back at Fakton for five years and, together with Peter van Bosse, co-leads the interim division Fakton Executives.

In addition to executing substantive assignments in the spatial domain, she places associates of Fakton Executives in significant interim positions in the (semi-)public sector within real estate and area development. Her ambition is to improve organizational performance through sharp analysis, decisiveness, and building support. She enjoys combining substantive knowledge with people skills to achieve the right results.
