Dick Velings

Dick is an experienced Managing Director and has been the Managing Director B2B at Eneco since 2021, one of the largest Dutch energy companies. In this role, he is responsible for Eneco's company-wide business activities, with a turnover of more than 3 billion EUR. Dick has successfully transformed this business unit from a commodity-focused organization into a market leader that concretely supports Dutch businesses in the energy transition.

Additionally, he serves as the Chief Transformation Lead at Eneco, guiding the organization towards a future-proof organization in terms of operating model, performance, and culture.

Dick spent 20 years at Eneco in various international management roles at Akzo Nobel.
