At Colliers, I serve as the director of the Retail and Hospitality departments. Here, we advise investors and tenants on various real estate issues, such as leasing processes and rent negotiations. We also assist various retailers in finding the right locations using data analysis, so they know exactly where their stores perform best. Additionally, we help municipalities and project developers determine what type of retail and/or hospitality best fits in a given area. In doing so, we collaborate with other retail experts at Colliers to provide forward-looking solutions and keep shopping areas vibrant.
