Cees Tip

Cees Tip (49) is Managing Director at Intermaris. Intermaris operates in Hoorn and Purmerend. The organization faces a significant challenge in new construction and renovation of homes, as well as neighborhood restructuring. Emphasizing a personal approach to prospective tenants and tenants, regulations are secondary to the goal: providing a suitable home for everyone. The combination of real estate development and social development appeals strongly to Cees. Before joining Intermaris, he worked at the Ministry of Defense and the municipality of Zaanstad. Cees studied Business Economics, lives in Westzaan, is married, and has two children.
