

Charlotte started at Savills Nederland in 2016. In her current role as Director, she is responsible for the Marketing & Business Development and Data, Intelligence & Strategy departments at Savills in the Netherlands.
The Marketing & Business Development department works on Savills’ brand awareness, supporting teams in winning new assignments and retaining existing clients. Charlotte also has extensive experience in Property Marketing: the marketing of specific real estate assets.
The Data, Intelligence & Strategy department has the ambition to continuously provide Savills’ clients with innovative, data-driven insights. This is done, among other things, through the development of tools such as Savills Maps and Savills Analytics, publishing market intelligence reports, delivering market presentations, and offering data-driven advice. The two departments were merged in 2022 to strengthen collaboration and realise synergy benefits. One key advantage is the linkage of client data and real estate data, enabling opportunities and risks for both the organisation and its clients to be identified even more effectively. Under Charlotte’s leadership, the team consists of 13 people.
In 2010, Charlotte obtained her master’s degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from Leiden University.
In 2022, she achieved the DipM title by completing the Marketing Leadership Programme Level 7 at the Chartered Institute of Marketing. That same year, she also obtained the Coachend Leiderschap certificate from training institute De Baak.
Charlotte likes to start the day with an energetic sport session and, at the weekend, shares her passion for gastronomy with her family, friends and loved ones.
