Bas Buvelot

Bas is Director Asset Development within CBRE IM. Bas started working at CBRE IM in 2018 and has been responsible for the commercial development of several projects within CBRE IM. Projects as Hudson Bay Maastricht (11,000 sqm mixed use inner-city redevelopment of a former department store) and Amsterdamse Poort (48,000 sqm of retail, 400 residential units and 4 parking garages). The redevelopment project focuses on transforming an existing building or area into a mixed-use development, in which residential use constitutes a new key component within the existing building or as an addition to the area. Prior joining CBRE IM, Bas gained extensive experience in retail and mixed use development projects at several Dutch REIT's.
