Aafke van der Werf

Aafke van der Werf started as the Real Estate Director for the Central Region at Heijmans in January 2023. After studying Urban Planning, she first spent 10 years developing at Heijmans Real Estate. She then worked for the housing corporation Mooiland for a period, and later 10 years for Koninklijke Woudenberg, a construction company specializing in restoration. Through these diverse positions, Aafke has experienced how different organizations approach issues such as risk management, entrepreneurship, and accountability. She incorporates this experience into her core attitude, which is based on connection and solution-oriented action.
