Alfred Bolks

Alfred Bolks is the founder and CEO of VanWonen. Prior to this, he held multiple executive positions at AM and BAM Vastgoed. Driven by his ambition and entrepreneurial personality, he has contributed to the growth of VanWonen and the development of a well-filled project portfolio in the North, East, and Central Netherlands. Additionally, he is the initiator of the VanWonenID team, which implements ideas and concepts for homes and living environments for the healthiest generations.
