Maurits van Bouwdijk Bastiaanse

Maurits van Bouwdijk Bastiaanse graduated as a lawyer from Utrecht University. He then completed executive education programs at London Business School, Insead, and Nijenrode Business University, and is also certified as a commissioner/supervisor.

During his 24-year career at ABN AMRO, Maurits became an expert in credit provision. He worked within Credit Risk Management, Financial Restructuring & Recovery, and Corporate Clients & Private Banking. He built an extensive network within HNWI (high net worth individual clients).

Maurits leads Adelaer. As a team leader, he is responsible for the development of our company. He is hands-on involved in many cases and is known for his connective leadership, perseverance, and creativity in finding financing solutions.

In addition to his activities at Adelaer, Maurits is active as a commissioner and supervisor at various companies and social organizations.
