"From price-winning area development to scale and acceleration" guided by the Groene Loper Maastricht.
What does it take to accelerate housing delivery in the Netherlands, without compromising on quality, liveability and societal value? In this session, we bring together a price-winning area development with a forward look at the future of the sector.
We begin with a short introduction by Ballast Nedam Development, in which we delve into the core of our approach: combining integrated area development with long-term collaboration and a strong focus on quality and liveability.
In the subsequent panel discussion, we look ahead. Together with Onno Dwars (CEO Ballast Nedam Development) and Fahid Minhas (NEPROM), we will discuss the future of housing delivery in the Netherlands.
We will explore how we can build faster without losing quality, what is needed to strengthen public-private collaboration, and how we deal with the tension between what the market can and needs and what politics demands.
This session offers inspiration, reflection and practical insights for everyone working on the development of the Dutch city.
