At 10:15, we will open the Ballast Nedam Development stand at PROVADA in style, together with Onno Dwars (CEO Ballast Nedam Development).
Then we will take you into the world of Amber Amsterdam: a new, exceptionally sustainable high-rise development at Amsteloever, near Amstelstation–Amsteloever. The plan brings together around 371 homes, a rooftop garden, a neighbourhood lounge, a public parking garage, and space for hospitality and retail—an enhancement for the city entrance at Amstelstation. The design draws on the distinctive architecture of the Amsterdam School and Amstelstation, thereby aligning with the existing high-rise landscape and Amsterdam’s architectural tradition.
During this moment, we will launch Amber Amsterdam and, together with Jacob Versteeg Conlledo and the design team, provide a brief look at the sustainability ambitions, the design, and the area vision behind this new residential and living environment. An inspiring start where the story behind our stand and the future place by the River Amstel come together.
