How do market parties and authorities build a new, future-proof future together for new residential neighbourhoods? Liveable places where every invested euro immediately contributes to broad societal value?
Come to stand 12-23 and play the PLUS – Housing and liveability game*; a collaborative tool that helps decision-makers, professionals and residents to hold the right conversation together about the desired housing quality for new neighbourhoods. Dare to look beyond the boundaries of your expertise and move with what is happening, while we continue to build the same ambition together.
With the aim of: sharpening ambitions together, breaking down ‘language barriers’ between disciplines, and setting concrete priorities for healthy, future-proof area development.
The Plus – Housing and liveability game provides a Plus for the neighbourhood strategy of the new development!
After each game session, we give away a game! So come to the MRU stand and take part actively; then you may be the future owner of the PLUS – Housing and liveability game.
This session is also at 15:30.

Not a man of one company, but a man of movements. His strength? Not shouting from the sidelines, but starting new companies himself that set the market in motion and challenge existing systems. That's how the jury of the PROVADA Inspiration Award 2026 describes winner Michel Baars. 'Michel gives direction to our entire construction and real estate sector.'

For three days, the real estate sector stood shoulder to shoulder at RAI Amsterdam. With a record number of visitors, a packed programme and plenty of energy, PROVADA 2026 was an edition to remember. Below, we look back at the highlights — and at the end you'll find the photos and aftermovie to relive it all.

At PROVADA 2026, the PROVADA Inspiration Award 2026 was presented to Michel Baars. The award is presented annually to an individual who realises sustainable change within the built environment through vision, courage and decisiveness. This year's presentation marks the award's fifth edition.
