With the development of Wagenwerkplaats, a new urban district will be created directly next to Amersfoort Centraal station, bringing together industrial heritage, sustainable mobility and a mix of living, working and leisure. A district that connects the location’s rich history with the ambitions of the future.
Together with the winning area developer, we are presenting for the first time the vision and the initial visuals of the plan. The closing (symbolic) signing highlights the shared commitment of the parties involved to the further development of Wagenwerkplaats West & Midden.
