Come to stand 12-23 for a Digital Twin 3D calculation and drafting demo. Anne Dullemond (Strategis Groep) and Marco van Hoek (municipality of Amersfoort) will show how you can create scenario analyses for the current situation as well as for future developments. And meet with them to discuss applications for mapping the impacts on employment, real estate and development value, and innovation potential.

At MRU, we are working on a healthy and sustainable living environment. That is why we have also joined forces—bringing together knowledge institutions, businesses and government—in the Earth Valley Ecosystem. Using data-driven techniques, we tackle societal challenges in this ecosystem such as sustainable area development, energy and climate-related issues, and mobility.

In Amersfoort, large-scale redevelopment within the urban area is taking place around the station area. In addition to many new homes, this also creates many other development opportunities—for example to further strengthen innovation for the healthy living environment and Earth Valley: as a location in combination with office space, meeting spaces, incubator facilities and education/research space, but also as knowledge specifically for area development itself.
