MRP and P1 enter into an agreement for the management of Parking Nieuw West in Amsterdam. This summer, 382 automated parking spaces will be added in Parking Nieuw West as part of the realised new-build project MIX Amsterdam. In total, 607 automated parking spaces will then be available.

The fiscal threshold for foreign pension funds and insurers to invest in the Dutch housing market must be significantly lowered. That is the view of Mark Siezen, CEO of asset manager Bouwinvest. 'Foreign capital is absolutely essential to meet the enormous housing construction challenge. That requires a stable housing policy and fiscal climate.
