Minouche Besters is a partner at STIPO and an expert in urban transformations. She focuses on creating livable, inclusive neighborhoods and cities, with attention to human scale and social impact. As an experienced process designer, she connects the lived experiences of residents with spatial and strategic planning.
She works on complex inner-city challenges related to growth, affordability, sustainability, and safety, and develops strategies and visions for areas and cities together with governments and partners. Participation is central to her approach: Minouche believes that every target group can be reached, provided that residents are involved in a fair and active way and are given space to take initiative themselves.
