Leatitia Nossek

Laetitia Nossek is a program manager at the Dutch Green Building Council (DGBC), where she leads work at the intersection of Whole Life Carbon and social sustainability. As Program Manager of #BuildingLife, she collaborates with the World Green Building Council (WGBC) and European partners to advance a Whole Life Carbon approach across the full lifecycle of buildings. In parallel, she leads the ‘Eerlijk Wonen’ program, focusing on making affordable, sustainable housing accessible within planetary boundaries. An important focus of her work is unlocking the potential of existing buildings and spaces; promoting smarter use, transformation, and densification to address housing needs without unnecessary new construction. She works with partners across the construction value chain to drive a carbon-neutral and socially inclusive built environment
