The next step in the sustainability of public sector real estatePROVADA marks the start of the accreditation programme for applying circular residual value by municipalities and other owners across all public sector real estate. The leading building cost consultants in the Netherlands, bbn Adviseurs, Alba Concepts, Arcadis, IGG Bouweconomie, Haskoning, Sweco and Brink, are taking an important step by training their employees in the uniform and well-substantiated calculation of circular residual value. This creates a solid basis for broad adoption in the market. As a result, a financial incentive is created that directly influences design, construction and material choices, as well as the future reusability of buildings.

During the session, a number of practical case studies will be discussed showing how circular residual value creates additional investment capacity for sustainability and circular construction, and what this means for municipalities, financiers, architects and builders.
