As the first municipality in the Netherlands, Vught is making full use of the Environmental Law to deliver large-scale permit-free construction. In close cooperation with Heijmans, we are realising a complete residential district at Buitenplaats Kraaijenberg with more than 275 homes without an environmental permit for the building activities. This accelerates housing delivery by around 1.5 to 2 years, while maintaining quality and liveability. There will be engaged speakers from different parties. They will share their experiences and practical lessons.
