Netcongestion is putting the energy transition under pressure. While buildings are being electrified at pace to become Paris Proof, more and more organisations are hitting the limits of the electricity grid. Does this mean sustainability must wait? Certainly not.

In this session, we show how Paris Proof and grid congestion call for a new way of designing and organising. From smart control and flexibility to area-led solutions: how can we deliver sustainable buildings without further burdening the grid?

For developers, property owners, advisers and policymakers who want to build a Paris Proof future, even within the limits of the grid.
