What impact do GACS and EPBD IV have on your building, portfolio and investment decisions?

Under the EPBD scheme, non-residential buildings from 1 January 2026 must have a Building Automation and Control System (GACS) for heating and/or cooling systems of 290 kW or more. By 2030, that threshold will be reduced to 70 kW.

Aike Hensums, consultant Sustainability, would be pleased to talk with you about what this obligation means in practice and how Cushman & Wakefield can help you make the right strategic choices in time. Stop by for a coffee and ask your questions!
