Citymaker is the calculation tool that helps you get a grip on the increasingly complex puzzle of area development.

Area development touches on many interests and disciplines; housing, transport, green spaces, energy, policy, governance and stakeholder engagement. Each comes with its own language, dynamics and requirements. As a result, misunderstandings arise and projects stall before they even get started.

Citymaker has been developed to connect these different ‘languages’. This tool makes clear how ambitions, requirements and consequences relate to one another, and presents this in a way that everyone can understand.
