Felicitas Stern

Felicitas has experience in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, real estate development projects and energy projects. In these areas, she acts for (project) developers, investors, tenants and financing parties.

She advises on all kinds of agreements from advisory agreements, construction agreements (including EPC and O&M) and development (management) agreements to lease agreements and (turnkey) sale and purchase agreements. She is a member of the Dutch Bar Association and the Dutch Association of Construction Lawyers (Verenging voor Bouwrechtadvocaten). In addition to Dutch and English, Felicitas is fluent in German.
