The use of our services and this website necessitates the processing of privacy-sensitive, or personal, data. PROVADA places great importance on the careful handling of all personal data, and it is for that reason that we take all necessary precautions when processing and securing them.

In doing so, we comply with all requirements stipulated by the privacy legislation currently in force. This means, among other things, that

  • we clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. Those purposes are set out in the present privacy statement;
  • the personal data we collect is limited to only those personal data which are necessary for legitimate reasons;
  • we first ask you for your explicit consent to process your personal data in cases where your consent is required;
  • we take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and require parties that process personal data on our behalf to do so; and
  • we respect your right to ask to view, correct or delete your personal data.

We, PROVADA, are responsible for data processing. In this privacy statement, we explain which personal data we collect and use, and to what end. We recommend that you read this document carefully.
