The next PROVADA will take place on June 17, 18, and 19, 2025, at RAI Amsterdam. Exhibitors can participate in various ways, either with their own stand or as a participant in one of the themed areas.

Participate with Your Own Stand

Having your own stand means that you can design and construct the chosen floor space according to PROVADA’s guidelines.

 
When participating with your own stand, you should take into account:

• Catering must be arranged through RAI Amsterdam.
• Costs for water, electricity, and possibly internet.
• Stand construction costs, which can be requested from your own stand builder.
• Costs for additional exhibitor passes and/or guest passes at €139,- excl. VAT.
• Potential costs for rigging.

Custom stands are only rented to real estate-related companies; suppliers are not permitted.
