PROVADA follows government regulations regarding the organization of safe business events. The current Covid-19 measures will be applied per event.

PROVADA expects that the fair from 26-28 October 2021 can continue in physical form without restrictive measures for visitors and exhibitors. We are fully committed to this. Together with our stand builders and program makers. Dare to Dream.

PROVADA takes into account the possibility that visitors will have to show a vaccination certificate or negative test result before entering the RAI. We will facilitate that in a good way.

PROVADA and its partner RAI Amsterdam are committed to creating sufficient air and space in all halls for visitors and exhibitors. We will of course also monitor air quality and hygiene extra this edition.

We cannot predict the consequences of this summer's increasing infections. As an organization we are prepared for anything, but the focus is the physical fair. After all, the organization of a fair requires a lot of preparation time.

If we unexpectedly have to maintain the one and a half meter rule (on the stands and aisles), we are forced to move the fair again. We will then contact our exhibitors. We now assume that this will not be necessary.

In the event of cancellation or relocation of PROVADA, ticket holders will receive a full refund for the entrance fee paid.

We can imagine that there are varying moods within organizations with regard to visiting events.

Our tip: When in doubt, just give us a call. Then we look together for the best solution for that moment.

We will keep you informed of developments via this website and our newsletters.
